1940s Slingerland Radio King in Sparkling Gold - 9x13

Any Radio King in Sparkling Gold is a tough one to beat! This rack tom is in pretty great shape overall. This tough to find wrap is tight with cracking cracks and does have some discoloration from the years. Streamline lugs are in fairly good shape but do appear to have a little lift at the rear, as can be common with these brittle brass lugs. Hoops are in good shape with original claws all around. Hardware overall is in good shape with that lovely oxidation haze that nickel does so well. Muffler present and functional. A great big, warm, thumpin’ 13!
