1940s War Era Ludwig Wood Lug Tack Bottom Stripped Tom - 9x13

Tack bottom head has been taken off at some point. The wooden lugs are all in good shape, they all still thread well. New tension rods and a used somewhat pitted/rusted triple flange hoop was added. New fiberskyn remo head was seated as well. The finish was also removed, it looks like it was white enamel originally.
