1970s Zicko's Clear Acrylic Floor Tom - 18x18

A rare drum! Zicko’s are famous for having actually been the ones to invent the acrylic shells that everyone else copied. More innovative than that though is their proprietary hardware design. The lugs swivel outward with a no spring design featuring oversized tension rods and clips. The hoops are indented for the clips; they do not have ears. This allows for fast head changes without taking the tension rods completely out.

You read that right - 18 x 18. This drum is more or less original and complete - It features 16x lugs, 16x tension rods, 2x hoops, and 3x leg mounts with original legs. One of the clips has been replaced with a washer that is holding. The leg mounts have newer wingnuts. The shell has no cracks and is pretty clean! The bearing edges are great and the drum really sings! The chrome is mostly good but the bottom hoop does have some chrome loss.
