A BEAUTIFUL kit! Really well taken care of, no visible scuffs or scratches. The Aged Onyx finish catches all light beautifully, it will catch anyone’s eye when they walk into the room. It captures the 1960s 3 ply Ludwig sound all in a modern kit. Really cool! These drums are particularly special because of the custom ordered 26” bass drum that was for artists only. These were only played out very briefly in professional settings and otherwise stored in a climate controlled environment - so they are quite clean!
• 3 ply mahogany shells with inner poplar core & solid 1 inch maple re-rings
• 30º inner-cut roundover bearing edges
• Large Classic Lugs & Triple Flanged Hoops all around, Bass Drum features Die-cast Claws and Hoops with matching Inlay
• Classic Floor Tom Leg Mounts & 1/2” Curved Bass Drum Spurs
• Original Ludwig Silver Dot Heads on all but the bass drum batter, which features an Evans E-Mad
