Rare rare birdie / Finish is very rough - This wrap is extremely brittle, very then & was done over cheesecloth, for this version of Peacock Pearl / A previous owner glued each little section back onto the shell. You see lift on several sections & there’s a few small portions that are missing it completely, see photos / This is definitely a mantle piece, that wrap will flake off fairly quickly if played regularly / There are some un-original clips but the other than that & the batter head, all is original - including the timepiece strainer which functions quite well / This is a 10 lug Solid Shell Maple snare / As stated, the wrap isn’t in the greatest condition but you’ll be hard pressed to find an original peacock pearl snare for anything near this expense - they usually sit over double / Please email with any questions
