Now this is a cool drum. A rare and collectible bird, no doubt. Some of the last true Chicago Era Ludwig featuring the large Keystone Badge, the 75th Anniversary Commemorative Plate, and Floral Pattern Laser Engraving. This drum is Number 57 out of only 100 made. B stamp for Bronze right behind the muffler. This drum features 10 Bowtie lugs (original, many of these models were documented as having them), 20x original tension rods with plastic wand metal washers, 2x triple flanged hoops (top may not be original, as it looks brand new, but is a near identical match otherwise), Super-Sensitive strainer system with newer snare wires, and round knob muffler. This drum is in good condition overall, but could use a polish, there is a layer of dust that has tarnished the chrome and some of the finish. The strainer arms show the worst of this with some very light rust. There is one small spot of corrosion on the shell under the lacquer, and some small scratches near the badge, but otherwise the finish is clean. Interestingly one panel on the back of the drum is missing the laser engraving - factory whoopsie! And one more thing to note - THIS DRUM SOUNDS AMAZING.
