This is a bit of mismatched set, but the Black Nitron finish is consistent throughout. Both toms are fitted with the short-lived early 80s \"Drop G\" badge, and the bass drum has the more modern mid-80s badge. The paper tags with models and serial numbers are present in all of these drums. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e8x12- Model 4415, Serial #100999\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eClassic five \"beaver tail\" lug 8\"x12\" tom. These \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e6-ply maple\/gumwood shells sing! There are holes where the original dampeners have been removed for the top and bottom heads. Light pitting on the die cast hoops. The model 9020 tom mount is a little tight but functions well. There is some grommet wear on the inside of the drum where the silver seal has been slightly chipped away which has lead to some speculation as to whether or not this kit is re-wrapped. The wraps are tight with no lifting so most likely are original. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e14x14 - Model 4417, Serial # 115338 \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSimilar to the rack tom this drum sports beaver tail lugs, die cast hoop and model 9020 leg mounts. There are holes in this drum where the dampeners have been removed for the top and bottom heads. The grommet on the inside of the badge also show signs of being removed and put back on. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e14x20 - Model 4249, Serial # 35738\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe claws on this drum are all original and show varying levels of tarnish, most notably two heavily tarnished on the batter side. The hoops are nice and clean and really only show some ware from where the claws meet the hoops. The badge grommet is pristine. The rack tom mount is a 4249 plate mount and has no issues with raising or lowering the stand.
