May 1962 Slingerland 'Modern Jazz Outfit' No. 9N in Red Sparkle - 14x20, 8x12, 14x14

Here is a very nice & original Slingerland kit that really display's Slingerland in their prime. Featuring an elusive 14x14" floor tom, these warm mahogany shells just sing. The rail mount was shifted up at one time, which led to two extra holes, one covered by the rail mount in it's original position the other has been filled with wrap, so hardly visible. There are also 3x extra holes from the push-button leg mounts being moved down for more height. Those holes are filled and patched with wrap, so practically invisible. May 1962 Date Stamp Inside. 

14 x 20 - Features 16x lugs, 16x T-rods & claws, correct hoops with complete inlay just missing a little paint, 2x thinner telescopic spurs, rail mount, and Rogers cymbal mount (appears original, no extra holes from a Slingerland mount). Drum is in great shape, chrome is good with minimal wear. There is some slight fading on top of the bass drum that is giving some gold hues. There is a small tear in the wrap on the seam, but not a big deal. 

8 x 12 - All original sans heads. Features 12x lugs, 12x tension rods, 2x Sticksaver hoops, diamond mount, and muffler. Chrome is in good shape as is the red sparkle finish. 

14 x 14 - All original sans heads. Features 16x lugs, 16x tension rods, 2x Sticksaver hoops, 3x push button leg mounts with clean legs, and muffler. Chrome is in good shape as is the red sparkle finish.
