No extra holes, but some signs of wear and unoriginal parts. 8x double ended lugs, 2x wooden hoops (original top with matching inlay and a new raw maple bottom side), 16x claws \u0026amp; 16x tension rods (top half original, bottom half brand new), original butt plate, new strainer, and original drum key holder. Snare wires look to be original. The drum really shows wear - tarnish, corrosion, etc. on the chrome \u0026amp; some heavy fading on the finish, some of it quite blotchy with \"tan lines\" from hardware and a sticker.
